2007 - 2008 Reglas Oficiales

Gran Premio: Una casa en la ciudad de Palmdale, California construida en 1990 con 3 recamaras, 2 Baños y un den con 1,548
pies cuadrados.

La rifa se llevara a cabo el Sabado 19 de Julio del 2008 en nuestra Iglesia, localizada en el 7735 Kester Ave. Van Nuys, CA.
91405 a las 10:00 a.m.

El Costo de cada boleto sera $ 150.00
No mas de 4,500 seran vendidos si no se venden por lo menos 4,000 boletos, el primer premio sera un automobile 2008 Kia Rio o
una television plasma 42".

Este evento esta regularizado y sigiendo reglas establecidas por el "Attorney General del Estado de California" Codigo 320.2 SB
(Mcpherson, Chapter 778 Sta, of 200.) Toda forma necesaria fue adecuadamente registrada con "Office of Attorney General
Registry of Charitable Trust Non-Profit Program. P.O. Box 903447 Sacramento, CA. 94203-4470 (916) 445-2021.

El comite organizador del evento no es elegible para entrar en la rifa, a si como la familia Pastoral, sin embargo tienen la
oportunidad de donar el costo del boleto. La persona con el boleto ganador tiene 30 dias despues del evento para reclamar el
premio. Finalizando el plazo la propiedad se revierte a la organizacion que efectuo el evento "IGLESIA DE CRISTO." El
ganador tiene que informarse adecuadamente de los costos que incurrira al traspasar la propiedad a su nombre, por ejemplo
impuestos de propiedad, seguro de propiedad, costos de escrow etc. Dado las reglas del Estado de California y reglas Federales
establecidas por el gobierno de los Estados Unidos, "Iglesia de Cristo no se hace responsable por ganador si no se informa
adecuadamente acerca de impuestos Estatales y federales que pueden ser incurridos por el ganador.El ganador tiene que tener por
lo menos 18 años cumplidos para poder reclamar el premio. En caso de ser vendidos por lo menos 4,000 boletos la casa se
entregara al ganador en condiciones en que esta y sin ninguna garantia. Para poder reclamar el premio, el ganador debera
presentar una identificacion valida con foto. Si el boleta es comprado con cheque el boleto oficial sera entregado cuando los
fondos sean verificados por la institucion bancaria de "Iglesia de Cristo" y firmara para dar constancia personal que el boleto le
fue entregado. El costo del boleto de $ 150.00 no es total ni parcialmente reenbolsable.

2007-2008 Official rules

Grand Prize: The winner will be awarded a home in the city of Palmdale, CA. built in 1990 with 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms plus a
den. The home is approximately 1,548 sq. ft. In the event that 4,000 tickets are not sold by the deadline, the 1 st prize becomes a
2008 Kia Rio or the winner will be awarded a 42" Plasma T.V.

DEADLINE AND DRAWING DATE:
To be eligible, tickets must be purchased by no later than Thursday July 17, 2008.
Location: 7735 Kester Ave. Van Nuys, California 91405
Raffle drawing will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. on our church premises (check our website for updated
information : www.llamadafinalvannuys.com)

RAFFLE TICKETS:
The price of each raffle ticket is $150.00. No more than 4,500 raffle tickets will be sold. Raffle ticket must be paid for by the
respective deadline date stated above, except as may be otherwise allowed by Llamda final Van Nuys in it's discretion with or
without prior notice. Llamada Final Van Nuys assumes no responsibility for lost, or damaged purchased tickets.
All raffle tickets sales are final. No payments will be refunded, including without limitation payments received from ineligible
parties, except in the Llamada final Van Nuys discretion.

TAX LIABILITY:
The winner will have to informed himself/herself as to the cost they will incur in order to transfer title of the property in their
name, including but not limited to: Title, Escrow, Property taxes, city and county tranfer taxes. Additionally rules established by
the State of California and the Federal Goverment, Llamada Final Van Nuys is not responsible if the winner does not adequately
informed himself/herself concerning State and Federal taxes.

ELIGIBILITY: Raffle ticket purchasers and each person named on raffle ticket must be at least
18 years old at the time of purchase. Raffle tickets may not be purchased in the name of businesses, trust, corporations, or other
entities, or wherever prohibited by law. The raffle is void where prohibited by law.

OTHER RULES: Llamada final Van Nuys reserves the right to reject any raffle ticket that is purchased with payment that does
not constitute "good funds" as determined by Llamada Final Van Nuys' discretion. Llamada Final Van Nuys has no responsibility
for notifying anyone who attempts to purchase a raffle ticket without "good funds". LLamada final Van Nuys will make
reasonable efforts to contact the person named on a winning raffle ticket, using only information on a raffle ticket. If despite
those efforts the persons named on a winning raffle ticket cannot be located within 30 Calendar days after the drawing person will
not be awarded the prize, the prize will be retained by Llamada final Van Nuys. Any prize that is not claimed within sixty days
after drawing will not be awarded.

All prize winners are solely responsible for paying and reporting, as and when required by law, all income taxes and any other
taxes and expenses attributable to the prizes, whether or not Llamada Final Van Nuys makes any withhold from any prize any and
all amounts required to be withheld by applicable law and shall indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless Llamada Final Van
Nuys against all claims relating to such taxes and expenses.

Each person who purchases a raffle ticket and/or whose name appears on the raffle ticket (a) agrees that Llamada Final Van
Nuys it's directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and the sellers of the home are not responsible for any injuries,
losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with, or as a result of this raffle and/or that persons failure to win or redeem
any prize, or that person's award of, acceptance of, or use of, any prize; and (b) releases and agrees to indemnify, defend, protect,
and hold harmless LLamada Final Van Nuys and the sellers of the home and each of it's respective officers, directors, employees,
against all losses, damages, rights, claims and action of any kind arising in connection with, or as a result of this raffle and/or
that persons failure to win or redeem any prize, or that person's award of acceptance of, or use of, any prize; and (c) represents
and warrants to Llamada Final Van Nuys that she/he has read and understands these rules and agrees to be bound by these Rules
and Llamada Final Van Nuys decisions, which will be final.

All raffle ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued
